The Liberty Bell Chapter of ARMA is hosting its annual seminar on Thursday September 3, 2020 at the Wyndham Historic Philadelphia Hotel. This is the premier event in our Chapter’s calendar in which we have attendees from the all over the tri-state area.
Your organization has expertise in representing the products and services that the Records Management and Information Governance attendees are seeking to bring to their organization or role. We view this as the perfect opportunity to bring you together in the same environment.
Sponsorship Cost = $600.00
Day of Seminar - TWO Representatives from your organization with access to all educational sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks. - Additional attendees: $100 per person - Dedicated space for a single-sized booth or tabletop display - One standard banquet table with tablecloth for display, if needed. - Identification badges - Listing in the seminar program
Vendor Buzz Session!! – During the breaks in the seminar, all sponsors will have a scheduled 10-minute session where they can share information about their organization with the attendees en masse.
Provided Post-Seminar - Your company logo on the Chapter website, recognizing you as a Seminar Sponsor - USPS "mail-merge ready" attendee list
RAFFLE PRIZES RECOMMENDED! To draw more traffic to your space and to acquire attendee contact details, vendors are encouraged to have a raffle prize drawing for attendees to enter via business card drop.
