How Organizational Change Management Facilitates Governance
Organizational Change Management (OCM) provides a myriad of benefits to companies, whether it be process redesign, software implementations, or mergers and acquisition. Diane will walk through the Prosci ADKAR model of organizational change management, and how it provides a useful framework for addressing governance challenges.
More about Diane: Diane Cooney started her career as a technical writer, before moving into marketing and corporate communications roles, which led her to discover organizational change management. Diane has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Prior to joining DuPont, Diane worked at CGI and Siemens Medical Solutions and worked for clients such as AmerisourceBergen, Shire, Novartis and Merck. She has led change management, software implementation, business analysis and process redesign projects.
Diane has an MBA and a graduate certificate in Strategic Communications from Villanova University. She also has a BA in Biology and English from Immaculata University. Diane is vice president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Change Management professionals. She is a volunteer with Home of the Sparrow, and participates in mentoring events for the Villanova School of Business.
