Management During a Lockdown
Presenter: Linda Muller

Presenter bio: With 20+ years of experience in records and information management, primarily at international law firms including Perkins Coie LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP, Littler Mendelson and Vinson & Elkins LLP, Linda has successfully managed technology implementations, data conversions, practice management problem-solving and solution-building with legal practice groups, administrative departments, and regional offices.
Linda is currently the Information Management Manager at Foster Garvey PC in Seattle, Washington. In her role, Linda is assisting the firm’s post-merger integration of systems, processes, and policies.
As a Certified Records Manager and Information Governance Professional, Linda has been instrumental in building strategic records management compliance plans for organizations by providing an in-depth analysis of existing RIM processes. As a trained TQM facilitator, Linda has led global teams to standardize firmwide procedures, records retention policies, destruction guidelines, space management and construction of decentralized service centers.
Linda is a member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), Jacksonville, Florida Chapter.
More about the presentation: We’ve moved from the boardroom to zoom, corner office to kitchen counter, sit-down dinners to click and pick-up. We’re all feeling the effects of Covid-19 lockdown, and Information Management is taking on some interesting changes throughout these circumstances. Adaptability is the key.
Linda will share some information management observations and experiences as she’s taken on an information management consulting role in a law firm 3,000 miles from home in a post-merger environment facing change in every direction. Through it all, her mantra delivers a steady positive message. Learn some new helpful tips and tricks to navigate the pandemic’s path and become more adaptable.
